BITS gives admission to it's M.E. program through 2 process:
50% seats for BITS HD test students and 50% seats for students through GATE/GPAT.
According to past year records, one needs to score at least ~650 marks in GATE CS for admission.
Hello student there's no official notification released on the recruitment of professor so we can't predict if there's vacancies available or not currently there are more than 40 faculties working.

Hello student nothing to worry about computer subject is not mandatory in class 12 for engineering you can pursue computer science engineering even if you've not computer subject in class 12.

It will totally depend upon the difficulty level of exam because admission will base on your kee advance rank and fluctuate as per the difficulty level and students preparation. According to last year's results you should secure rank under 2000-2500 for cse in IIT MANDI in general category.
