Bit Trichy is better than nit Calicut in terms of ranking but for CSE Calicut is considered best. Nit Trichy indeed has very good placements and bigger companies visit nit Trichy than nit Calicut. Jee mains cutoff for nit Trichy is very high and nit Calicut is lower.
As far as I think for a student aspiring to clear cs exam, B.com and llb both are good choices and you can pursue anyone of them. If you have to choose one among them you should go for b.com as it is related and will help you only. But
