The best government college that provides admission through UPTU is Institute of Engineering and Technology in Lucknow. Other than that there is KNIT Sultanpur. But for these institutes, you need to get a good rank below 500 to get CSE in UPSEE. I hope this information was helpful!

In GATE you need to score 25 marks(General), 22.50 (OBC), 16.60 (SC/ST/PWD) to get qualified in GATE exam.
