You have mentioned your percentile which doesn't gives the accurate rank. If your rank is below 2K then you may get an admission . If you have any reservation category then that would be more helpfull.

So look for your eligibilty in all the colleges and make the list

d pharma is a two year diploma course. the basic eligibilty for d. pharma course is you need to have 50% marks in 10+2 for general category candidates  (45% for sc/st/obc).
