Considering your PwD category, yes you have definitely qualified for JEE advanced.
Now after comparing with previous year tally and comparing the overall ranks, you might get CSE in the lower or the newer IIT's.
So my suggestion would be to wait for the results and if you are rank is considerable then opt for CSE in IIT hyderabad.
