But the only thing you have to verify is that the certificate must be issued by the concerned authorities. The certificate must be in the proper format as per the authorities guidelines.

Your EWS category certificate issued on or after 01-April-2020, should be uploaded for availing the benefits of GEN-EWS

Admission process for admission to Engineering colleges through JEE Main in Telangana is conducted by the Institute separately. A notification will be released in the respective college official website for admission through JEE Main under Category-B seats. You have to apply for Category-B admission as per the schedule specified

Yes you have some chances in few of the NLUs like :-

  • Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam

Yes still you can get admission in VIT vellore after missing counseling of phase 1 and 2. But there are less chances for getting selected.

But you have to pay some hefty fees more than phase 1 and 2 students.
You would have got better course if you have applied

With your budget you can adjust the best colleges like  University , Manipal University,Amrita university,SRM university, etc. You have chances to get seat in DTU and NSIT. It also depends on the category. If you are OBC, SC or ST you have a better chance. Best of luck.
