If your OBC-NCL certificate has middle name but jee application doesn't then don't worry because there would be no problem at all.

You should apply for another OBC-NCL certificate or submit correction form for the caste certificate and it will be reformed in week.

As you have taken the EWS certificate on 9th of March so it is valid for the whole year of 2022 as EWS certificate is valid for one year only.

You don't have to apply again if you are applying in the same year i.e;2022.
