i got 81 percentile in jee main can i get cs branch by jac delhi counselling?(general category, girl child, UP resident) if yes, can you specify the colleges ?

Honestly it would be difficult to get cse branch in the colleges considering only top colleges but if you are ok with a bit lower colleges then you have chances to get ece and electronics branch . However there are certain conditions like choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs that govern the cut offs.
I would suggest you to take other private entrance examination to be on a safe side .
