As of now there is no official notice regarding syllabus reduction for KCET examination. It will probably be reduced simply because the PUC syllabus is also reduced but we cannot say anything for sure until there is no official announcement by exam conducting authorities. So keep preparing based on

no its not possible as your admission will not be considered until you've submitted all the related documents like TC etc if you fail to submit any of the document college have the authority to abort your admission and if you get in any how if you try to leave
