my son mains ranking is 45600 can he get cs branch in good nit which nits he can get or which good branch he should opt for

Ayush Pandey 18th Nov, 2020

Hello,

At your sons rank, chances are less to get admission in any top NITs, though chances are good in Northeast NITs/new IIITs. Though go for CSAB rounds, which are quite unpredictable and anything can happen in that, if too many seats are vacant.

What is the diff bw BSC CS& BTECH CS? And which is better?

mr.sudhanshu94 18th Nov, 2020

B.Tech is a better option anyday .

BSc is CS will teach you a lot about computer application , hardware etc. , and won’t focus much on coding .

On the other hand , in B.Tech , they teach you lot of coding , data structures , algorithms etc.

I have 68,642 air rank in jee mains. I belong to obc category female. in which nit can I get Cs branch in csab round.

ARYAN SAGAR 17th Nov, 2020
Dear student,

First of all always remember, the csab special round counseling is strictly done on basis of CRL ranks for every category.
Now, as you have secured 68642 CRL rank in JEE mains 2020 from obc category, then with this much rank in JEE mains the chances are negligible
