According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the CSE in any of the NITs or IIITs even in CSAB round until and unless you deserves home state quota for some moderate NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur, NIT SIlchar

You can keep float option,till last round and finally the college which you will be getting in last round will be alloted unless you appear for
