registration fee for sc category in CSAB 2021 is 17,000.if I cannot get seat, then they give money return or not.

Ritvik Baweja 22nd Nov, 2021

Dear student,

If you are retaining your josaa seat, then you have to give only Rs. 2000 as participation fees for participating in csab special round counseling.

Otherwise, if you are participating in csab special round, then you have to give a pay participation fees of Rs. 37000 ( for general/ews/obc ) or Rs. 17000 (for sc/pwd/st candidates) via online mode on the CSAB portal.

Now, out of this fees, Rs. 2000 is processing charges, and is non refundable.

Now, if you do not got allotted any seat in csab even on 2nd special round, then your participation fees amount will be refunded after deducting a processing fees of Rs. 2000 . And you will get back your rest amount within 3 to 4 working days or before.

I got 328218 rank which college is alloted to me in csab special round

Atul Singh 22nd Nov, 2021

Dear student,

there is no such college who would give you the admission with the rank of 328218 in CSAB round. For CSAB round also you should come under the rank of 1 lakh so that you will be able to get any lower branch in lower NIT or any GFTI.

And if you want to take admission in any private colleges then you can consider these colleges.

•    Sharda University

•    Lovely Professional University

•    Chandigarh University

•    Galgotias University

•    Amity University

•    JIIT Noida (cutoff based on the 12th percentage)

•    Thapar (cutoff based on the 12th percentage)

•    SRM NCR

•    Some AKTU colleges

And you can use this link to find some good colleges according to your rank.

Piyush 22nd Nov, 2021

Hello abhishek ,

With the above rank , It will become very much difficult for you to get any seat in any college through CSAB councelling as your rank is likely to be very less.

Although you can try your admission as per home state quota OR you can also look for any private colleges .

For more information regarding your admission chances, according to your rank and percentile score , you can check out the college predictor tool here :

my ews rank 16843 which college i get in csab round

Divya kushwah 22nd Nov, 2021

Hello aspirant,

I hope you are doing well and good.

According to your rank and category , you can try for many iiit's like pune , bhagalpur , una , surat , kalyani etc , otherwise you can try for your home state amd medium nit also same is the case with north eastern nit's , the cutoff is generally lesser . Some good colleges like bit mesra and pec chandigarh also participate in csab, so you can get a decent branch like production and metallurgy  , in them .

Do apply for home state counselling also as you can get some good state government engineering colleges in your state .  Hence do apply for the csab round and state government counselling and you might get a good college .

Hope it Helps .

what was the cuttoff of top nits in csab 2020 for b.arch

ayanmukherjee045 21st Nov, 2021

Dear aspirant,

It depends on which nits are you talking about. There are total of 31 nits and it varies accordingly so it varies with specific nits. If you are choosing nits like Nagaland, mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Agartala, sringar so it may go low till 3-4 L for home state in general category but it you are taking up nits like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut then there is no much difference in general category in the csab rounds .
