In CSAB rounds the CRL Rank is considered rathar than that of Category Rank. However, the reservation seats are to be filled up by the reserved candidates and not by General/UR. The Rank may go very below for SC/ST/OBC candidates than that of UR candidates.

but in CSAB counselling irrespective of the category you belong to, CRL is considered for all the categories but yes reservation is still there for reserved

Common Rank List (CRL) is considered for admission though CSAB counselling under the category you belong to, if seat is vacant under that category you belong to. EWS rank will not be considered for admission through CSAB counselling. You need to fulfill the eligibility criteria to participate in CSAB
