In CSAB counselling, your crl rank is considered and not your pwd rank.

This is because,

In CSAB counselling irrespective of the category you belong to, CRL is considered for all the categories but yes reservation is still there for reserved categories including PWD.

Common Rank List (CRL) is considered for admission though CSAB counselling under the category you belong to, if seat is vacant under that category you belong to. EWS rank will not be considered for admission through CSAB counselling. You need to fulfill the eligibility criteria to participate in CSAB

CSAB is conducted for admission into various Self funded Technical University. It also fills vacant seats of NITs , IIITs, and other GFTIs.

As per information available in public domain, a student could only change their category from SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS to OPEN category in spot

Unfortunately you do not have chances of getting colleges with JoSAA and CSAB counselling in Karnataka and other private colleges in the state accept KCET and COMEDK score so if you have given those exams they will help you get a college in Bangalore.
