Actually no, not in the slightest degree, rather than Domicile endorsement you need Your class XII marksheet and Passing Certificate. The location if Your SCHOOL will fill in as evidence of Home State. Your Domicile Certificate will not work in JoSAA as the idea of home State for JOSAA
