Last year the cut off in CSAB Round 1 counselling to get seat in National Institute of Technology Delhi in Computer Science and Engineering was 51452 (CRL) for SC category. Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in National Institute of Technology

In this CRL rank.....you are less likely to get a seat in any NIT or IIIT college through JoSAA counselling.....but you can try in CSAB counselling.....CSAB counselling registration is started from 28 Nov

Actually no, not in the slightest degree, rather than Domicile endorsement you need Your class XII marksheet and Passing Certificate. The location if Your SCHOOL will fill in as evidence of Home State. Your Domicile Certificate will not work in JoSAA as the idea of home State for JOSAA
