No you won't lose any seat as both the counselling are different and in counselling you check your seats and then you book it. So if you have booked the seat somewhere else and you get another seat at some other counselling then you won't lose the seat

When seats are left empty, special rounds are organised by CSAB, to fill those vacant seats after the completion of josaa rounds.
It is organised only for seats at NITs, IIEST, IIITs and other GFTIs (Except IITs) .
