i got general rank 108847,my obc ncl rank is 32637,is their any chance to get seat in csab special round 2

There is no probability to get an NIT or IIT at this rank. You can also try for some state counselling and other government as well as private colleges for a better branch.
Coming to your question regarding CSAB special round,
We can't predict anything for this. As per my knowledge chances of getting any IIIT and NIT would even be difficult in special round unless and until there is a miracle.
