Yes, As according to your daughter's rank and category the kits college is good choice and if you wanted to slide your branch that is CSE then the sliding will be done within the ranks, category wise and number of students applied for sliding. we have apply for the 2nd phase counselling in the respective college. Where ,according to above process they will be open counselling for sliding by call the names of the students. By giving the details the sliding will be done.

Usually the cutoff is in the range of 5-6thousand for CSE for home state.
And for open it is 900-2000 .
