The cutoff trends changes every year and it depends on the number of students appearing in the examination, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. Getting a CSE seat is becoming really hard these days because of the huge demand.

According to your mentioned marks and previous year trends, your rank might be in the range : 10,000 (this may or may not be accurate due to varying trends every year). For open state quota previous (2017) closing rank for CSE was 1813. So there aren't much chances according to this. You can apply for CSE with specialization in Amritapuri campus. With this rank, you can try securing seats in their Bangalore or Amritapuri campuses. Just apply to their counseling process and know the exact cutoff. It is very difficult to predict the actual cutoff of different colleges as it changes every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared,how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared. Based on previous few years trends and cutoff you have a chance in andhra University college of engineering  in CSE as the closing rank of 2020 is 889 home state rank.
