CSC
Dear Akshita,
Cutoff marks and rank are vary from year to year and this year it is in the running process so we can't tell you the exact data for this year but according to previous year you can estimate your place.
If you try to come under the rank of 10K in VITEEE entrance exam then their is a very high chance that you will get CSE and for IT come under the rank of 15K for the safe side. Actually it s hard to estimate the cutoff by marks because VIT have never disclosed the marks they only show you the rank and if you are coming under that rank then definitely you can get CSE at main campus.
For more you can go through with this link to know the previous year cutoff of VITEEE for each campus. https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/viteee-cutoff
Best Of Luck!!!

Greetings dear apirant
Firstly, congrats on successful completion of your MET exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With 180/240, its quite possible to get CSE branch in their main campus, i.e. Manipal. The cut-off of CSE branch at Manipal campus was 781 in the year 2020. Just apply to their counselling process and as it is conducted in different rounds, your chances of securing a seat increases.

You can have a look at the cut-off trends from the above link.
Hope I've cleared all your doubts!!
All the best for your counselling process
Dear Aspirant,
VIT have the four campuses all over the India and every campus have the different seat matrix, they offer CSE not CSC so just talk about every campus-
1- VIT, Vellore
Total CSE seat- 1200, and with CSE specialization= 480 no of seats
2- VIT, Chennai
Total CSE seat- 660
So there is not a big deal to get a seat here, you just need a good rank.
Hi aspirant,
Congratulations on your wonderful performance in VITEEE. CSE in the Vellore campus is the most soughted course during the counseling period. The cutoff for core CSE is around 3000 and that with specialisation ends near 6k under first category. So with your mentioned rank, a CSE seat under second category will be available for your grabs.

Hope it helps!!
hi,
see cutoff score fluctuate every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, choice of stream etc. however we have previous years data for vit vellore and vit chennai, but at this score you have no chances for computer science for any of the college. vit bhopal is new Institute and has established on 2017, so it is expected that the cutoff score would lower for vit bhopal. however right now it is very difficult to predict about exact details and it also depends on number of applicants who would apply for cse at vit bhopal. however based on students review and demand of cse stream it seems tough chances for you to secure a seat in cse department at this rank.
so my suggestion is apply for others colleges as well apart from vit.
you may follow our article at below link to know about previous years cutoff analysis:

As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that :-
Closing SC rank for Indian institute of information technology, Raichur, Karnataka was :-
So you have quite less or almost no chances to get Indian institute of information technology, Raichur, Karnataka with CSE branch
But yes if you improve your percentile in any further session of JEE-Main like around 90-92 then you might have a shot at Indian institute of information technology, Raichur, Karnataka with CSE branch.
You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Dear aspirant ,
As you mentioned that you have got 41k rank in viteee 2021 and also taking into consideration that you want cse branch only, so as far as vit vellore main campus is concerned you may have chances to get cse but in category 5. If you can afford it then it's ok but if you can't , then I would suggest you to not take up this campus and go for vit chennai as the fees in category 5 would cost you around 28L .
In vit chennai , you would get at a worst case in category 3 or Category 4. More chances are in category 3. Also it depends year to year how many students are applying for it, you can even get in a lower category too.
For more information you can check out the link given below-
Hi Akshitha,
It is difficult to predict it because cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, number of seats available, difficulty level of the exam, etc. But based on previous year's cut-offs you have decent chances of getting Core CS Engineering branch in Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore.
To get more information about cutoffs go through below mentioned link.
Hope this helps you.
