The both mentioned choices are really great when it comes to the faculty and quality of education. The placements are decent enough as well. I'd recommend NIT Uttarakhand because of the reviews it has as well as the fact that it's an NIT so it would be great

I would recommend you go for NIT UTTARAKHAND. National Institutes of Technology are in any way better than any other colleges in India (exept IITs) for Engineering. Also Electronics Communication Engineering branch is a good choice as placement opportunities are great in this branch and in NITs good
