NO, you cannot take Bsc or B.Tech in Diary Technology course after completing 12th in Biology, chemistry and Physics. This is because to pursue B.Sc/B.tech in Dairy Technology, a candidate is required to pass the higher secondary or 10+2 examination with physics, chemistry and maths as compulsory subjects

Eligibilty Criteria for MSc in Dairy Technology at National Dairy Research Institute:-
The candidate must have earned a B.Sc. in dairying, a B.Sc. in dairying (DT), a B.Tech. in dairying, a B.Sc. in food technology, a B.Sc. in food technology with a focus on microorganisms, or a combination of these degrees.
