The placement in Electrical Engineering in Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering is very good. The average package seems to be around 6LPA. When it comes to ragging, it mostly occurs in hostel. Many top MNC's such as HCL,Wipro visit the campus with an average package of 4-5 LPA and is said to get better year after year. The average package of Dayanand Sagar college of engineering is 5 LPA. Hey Rajesh! According to last year cutoff you can go for BMS in the third round and for BMSIT you have to wait for other rounds for CSE branch you can definitely try for other branches like Civil, EC, Mechanical, etc.

Dayanand sagar college of engineering is an autonomous college under vtu while dayanand  sagar academy of technical education and management is a new college in dayananda sagar group of institutions started in 2012. It is named campus 2 in dayanda sagar group of institutions. This is also affiliated to VTU .

And both these colleges come under dayanand sagar group of institutions
