Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore
Hi Aishwarya,
Placements wise, I would recommend the following:
DSATM, CMRIT, and Reva.
I wouldn't recommend Reva as their intake is 3,000+ and difficult to get placed.
If any of your queries remain unanswered or you have any more queries then feel free to ask.

Hi dear,
Hope you are doing well!
Now let's go through your question.
Let's begin with faculty most of the teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They hold a minimum master's degree. Especially the Computer science students have the best faculty members. They even encourage e-learning. The students do get industrial exposure and the students to faculty ratio is around 40:1.
In terms of placements absolutely the placements are really good.Especially when you see M.Tech students they have got good placements. The mass recruiters are Accenture and TCS. Computer science, computer technology and electronics & communication students are placed with good packages.
About the campus Yes, the crowd is diverse. Most of the students are locals or from the neighboring states. You will find a good number of northeners and a few NRIs students as well.
The Avg. Package is around 4.1 lack per annum.
Total Seats:350+(CSE)
Top Companies that visit for placements are:
Accenture,alcatel, Cerner,Cisco Systems ,Cognizant,Dell,Deloitte, HCL,IBM.
Thank You!
Hi Samarth !
There is no difference in applying for 2nd shift or the first shift for Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering through KCET. The difference is that the students who are doing part time jobs apply for 2nd shift while the regular students apply for 1st shift . There is no such difference between 1st and 2nd shift .The classes for 1st shift start at 9:00 a.m. while the classes for 2nd shift start at 11:00 a.m. but the application process for both the shift is same .So ,if you know the procedure for first shift . The same is the procedure for the second shift but the cutoffs for 2nd shift usually remain lower than the cutoffs for the first shift .You can check the whole procedure of application or counselling for KCET for first and second shift by following the given link:

Fests, Out of the books learning: 8/10
Personality grooming: 9/10
Fun, Bollywood and Sports quotient: 10/10
Placements: 7/10
Teaching: 5/10
PESIT:
Infra Structure: 8/10
Student Diversity and Exposure: 6/10
Fests, Out of the books learning: 6/10
Personality grooming: 7/10
Fun, Bollywood and Sports quotient: 3/10
