YES, You can apply for Round 2 in NEET UG AIQ counselling if you haven't applied for round 1.

Hello. The fees and the deposit is combined for the total fees. It Is added in total, and the security is not refundable . So if incase of withdrawing admission , the deposit becomes non refundable  .
