Let's say you were allotted a seat in Round 1 in Deemed University and you do not want to join the College, you can opt for Free Exit. This is an option wherein you will not be penalised. And you can choose not to appear for Round 2 of Counseling.

As per your mentioned rank and category, the possibilities of getting a seat in AIQ is extremely less. The cutoff for government medical colleges atleast in the range of 450 to 500 marks for OBC. Now coming to deemed universities, the chances of getting there too is also

Anyway, with AIR around 6 lakhs it is very difficult to get a conveyor quota medical or BDS seat.
However, if you can afford, try for management quota seats in private colleges

Firstly deemed university are neither state nor govt varsity they have their own curriculum ,fee structure and entrance test like JMI
State university are controlled entirely by states like armed medical college and have 85% quota for state candidates.
Lastly central universities are controlled by the central like AIIMS

See, if you are satisfy with the deemed university alloted to you then you must join that. Or if you are expecting a good seat better than the deemed university then you can wait. But this is quite risky as you might lose both. Also, there is a suggestion
