Can i be a teacher after General Graduation and B.ed Degree?

Tanya Gupta 15th Mar, 2024

Hello,

Yes, you can pursue a career as a teacher after completing a general graduation and obtaining a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree. The B.Ed degree is specifically designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills required for teaching in schools. After completing your B.Ed, you can apply for teaching positions in schools, both government and private, at the primary, secondary, or higher secondary levels, depending on your qualifications and preferences.

Hope this helps you,

Thank you

im opting comerece without maths but with psychology so can i also take biology as 6th subject and in future can i pursue bsc degree in pschology

Nitin Kumar 8th Jun, 2024

In most schools, it should be possible to take Commerce with Psychology and Biology as your elective (6th) subject. Commerce and Psychology are not typically conflicting subjects, and Biology can be a valuable elective depending on your career goals.

Universities typically require a minimum percentage in Class 12 for B.Sc. Psychology programs. The specific subjects required can vary depending on the university. While some universities might prefer students from a Science background (with subjects like Biology), many universities do accept students from the Commerce stream for B.Sc. Psychology programs.

I hope it helps!

if i am in final year 6th sem in degree can i write cat exam? and how should i apply for the college ?? what is the procedure?

Ishita 19th Jul, 2024

Hello Aspirant

The eligibility criteria for appearing for the CAT exam is that you should have a graduate degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Bachelor or you can appear for the CAT exam if you are in your last year of Bachelors course. Seeing as you are in your 6th semester, you are eligible to sit for the exam Just make sure that you do not have a back log in any semester or even if you do, make sure that you have cleared it before appearing for CAT.

Filling of college applications takes place after the CAT exam's results are announced. After the results are announced, you can visit the websites of your desired colleges and fill out forms for their GD/PI.

Hope this helps
