Hope you are doing fine now. See most of the B-Schools value your past academics and there are ample reasons to it. However, that cannot be a hindrance to one's admission in the MBA program. Yes, definitely the efforts to be put needs to be more but again it is possible.
Coming to your situation, if you have 5 backlogs and can clear the same before admission, there shall be no issue. However, during your PI, questions related t this might be asked and if you have genuine reasons for it (as for you not attending exams due to Corona), you will face no problem.
