The cut off for each college will be different. To have decent chances to get seat in Government Institute the rank must be under 1000. As you have secured rank under 1000 you do have chances to get seat in Government and Private institute as well. You haven't mentioned

To be eligible for CDS the candidate should have completed Graduation as you are still in your 10+2 level you are not eligible for CDS. First you have to complete your graduation then you will be eligible for CDS. You will need a Bachelor's Degree from any recognised University
