Hello,
As per UGC norms you can pursue two degree courses simultaneously however one is to be done through distance mode and another through regular mode, now integrated law course cannot be done through distance mode as it's not recognized by bar council of India, hence you have to opt for it in regular mode, however I want to say that BA-LLB as a program in itself is an amalgamation of arts discipline that with law, so there is no need to pursue BA differently even through distance mode, the rest is up to you.
Generally the eligibility criteria to pursue LLB is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 45%-50% aggregate, depending upon the norms of the university, if you belong to OBC-NCL then you come under reserved category otherwise OBC is considered as general, there is usually relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, so if you wish to apply for any universities then you should check outs its eligibility criteria first, and then proceed further.
Yes, aided UG course offered by autonomous college approved by UGC degree is valid. It doesn't really matter whether you have completed a degree from aided government college or others. Aided colleges is nothing but just college which gets support from the government. So, you can get government jobs by appearing and clearing exams conducted by government to get various job positions.
Hope this helps.
