Dear Seema,
Yes going for LLB(bachelor's in law) is a valid degree from Jiwaji University. If you opt to do it privately, then this university may have some issue or say terms or conditions. You can contact their management team or simply can enquire from the University itself.
Moreover, for doing private or correspondence course, you can go for IGNOU, Delhi(Indira Gandhi National Open University) which will provide you with study material and online resources to study well from time to time. And infact proper guidance is provided by the refered teachers also.
You can visit the link below for more details regarding IGNOU:-

In the 1st year of Articleship, there is no restriction on transfer of Articleship and a CA Student can take a transfer from one CA to another CA without any prior permission of ICAI. There is no maximum limit stated on the transfer of articleship in the 1st year and the CA Student can take transfer as many times as he wants. One can just directly submit Form 109 to ICAI in their first year of articleship.
But in 2nd and 3rd year one can take transfer only on the basis of the following grounds:

Dear Student,
400 marks is considered as a less marks to get admission in any government college. Not in Delhi but also other states you will get nothing. So better if you choose some private college to take admission or take the drop year and try to score 600+ score so that you can get some good colleges.
Moreover you can use this link to find some other good colleges for yourself according to your rank/marks.
