Since you did BA program from Delhi University, you would have studied a combination of subjects. If you are interested in going for any subject you studied, you could opt for that subject and do your further studies in that particular subject.
After completing B.A. programme, the majority of studentypursue post graduate study, such as B.Ed or M.A. Following your M.A. in Education, you will have a variety of options. A B.Ed degree could lead to a career as a teacher in a government or private school.
MBA us another preferred postgraduate degree among students. MBA lead to positions in financial institutions, both private and public.
Another career you could go for is Law. You would have studied a variety of subjects which may aid you in clearing the llb entrance exam.
You can also give exams for Bank PO exams if you want to go in that field or have an interest. You can prepare and go for civil services examinations if you want to go in that field.
You could also go for certificate courses such as web design, animation, etc which would further open career options in the IT industry where you can assist with graphics and web design.
Moreover, you could go for studies in journalism and mass communication.
There are several options available, but choose a career path based on your skills and interests because after all you will have to do the work. Every course has several career possibilities, however how good you will earn depends on your ability, skill, determination and most importantly interest.

According to the previous years' trends, with a marks of 500, your expected rank will be around 99205 - 116355 which should be enough to clear the cutoffs for CMC Ludhiana. However, these cutoffs keep changing year to year and so nothing can be guaranteed at this moment.
