if Im getting nsut or dtu and at the same time Im getting nit rourkela? which should I prefer????My home state is Delhi?

Hello Aspirant! Firstly congratulations for the Best choices you're getting. Both DTU and NIT Rourkela are preferred as the best colleges for BTech. So as your home state is in Delhi you can go for DTU as it's better than any other colleges in Delhi and also for your convenience.

If you have domicile certificate of Delhi region (Home state) then you may have a chance in ece branch.

Unfortunately on such OBC rank you cannot get any of the IIITs/GFTIs with any of the branches because closing OBC ranks of last year were like :-
