If your best of four percentage matches with the course of a particular college and the eligibility criteria, you wish to seek admission in then you can apply for that course in a particular college. Now, if there are many people who have applied for a course in a particular cut off. Then, in that case everyone who have applied will be confirmed for admission in a particular course and college after your documents are verified by the college and they approve the admission. There is no first come, first serve basis and so whoever has applied considering their documents are correct and verified will get their admission confirmed.

At 550 marks , it is difficult to get into government Medical colleges if you belong to General category. Last year, the cutoff score was more than 600 marks for most of the Delhi State councelling Medical colleges.

Following are cutoff for various Medical colleges in Delhi:

1. Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi - 613 Marks

2. Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi- 647 Marks

3. University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi- 630 Marks

With a Score of 475/720 in NEET, being from General Category, irrespective of Delhi Domicile, you probably have low or negligible chances in securing a MBBS Seat in most of the Medical Colleges under DU or IPU.

First of all, congratulations you've got great marks. To answer your question, there are high chances of you getting into BA(Hons.) Economics and even B.Com. Other than these many BA(programme) gives subject with economics as one of them. Although this year many students have got above 95% in their 12th class, so the competition is really high and the cut offs will be high too. It will be difficult to get into the top colleges of DU since these courses are quite popular. Nevertheless, DU releases several cut off in which you may get yourself enrolled. If you completed your whole study upto 10th in Uttar Pradesh then you are a domicile candidate of Uttar Pradesh. And you said you have your domicile certificate also. Then there no talk about it. Because only 2years study in Delhi, you are not domicile candidate in Delhi. So you can mention you as Uttar Pradesh domicile candidate.
