which private colleges is best for bsc nursing in affordable manner in Delhi. what is its eligibility criteria. And you can recommend me in other state best private colleges

medsra159 4th Aug, 2021

Dear leaner,

People say it if you  have more patience dealing with, for sure you need to take bsc , nursing, ain't much pretty fancy .

The nursing admission is mostly based on government scholarship and schemes ,cause of more fees ,but it's much worthy ,the total average cost for doing nursing is 4lakhs which is 4 duration.and for post bsc nursing they cost 2lakhs for 2 years.

Anyone can do nursing by just joining in private organisations , mostly they provide discipline with huge infrastructure and all facilities ,rather tahn government colleges.

Here are the colleges in delhi. https://university.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-bsc-in-nursing-science-degree-colleges-in-delhi

Top colleges are ,

  • Sikkim Manipal college - Sikkim
  • Christian medical college
  • Bm.birla college of nursing
  • Apollo's college of nursing and so on

All the best.

In class 12 i got 95.2%.. and 96% in political science and same in history and i got 92% in English and I want to do BA. Political Science from university of Delhi so which college is suitable for me

Shja 4th Aug, 2021

Dear Aspirant,

First of all congratulations for yours stellar performance in board exams. I need you to know that it's not about which college is suitable for you. No matter in which college you get admission in you will get the same degree. Also, it's DU and thousands of students dream to get admission there. Cut offs are going to be very high this year as well. So,  you will be lucky if you somehow get admission in north campus colleges. I can say you can definitely get admission in South campus colleges for sure. You can definitely get your desired course in some college but try and go for either north or south campus colleges instead of off campus colleges. Anyways, every college in DU is pretty good. You shouldn't worry much.

Also, if you belong to reserved category then you can surely get admission in few colleges of the colleges in North campus.

I hope this helps.

Good Luck

My son has permanent address in Haryana, but his aadhaar card from delhi. Can he apply in Haryana mbbs seat from state quota.

Manisha nayak 4th Aug, 2021

Hello Sir,

Hope you and your family are in their best of health, so the answer to your question is YES  , definitely your son is eligible to apply MBBS seat for Haryana through state quote as that is the native state .

But let me tell you that before applying for state quote please do make a Domicile  Certificate for your child as it is important to show this certificate as a proof at the time of counselling , so please do that.

  • CRITERIA TO GET A DOMICILE CERTIFICATE ARE:-

The applicant, or the applicant's parent or guardian, must have lived in the state or district of the state for 15 years. It is illegal to get a domicile certificate from more than one state or union territory.

Documentation required:-

To acquire a domicile certificate, the applicant must provide the following papers together with the completed application form (online or offline):

  1. Birth certificate and Aadhaar card
  2. Certificates of completion
  3. Proof of valid identification
  4. Copy of Ration Card or Voter ID Proof of the applicant's property ownership
  5. Proof that the individual has lived in the state for the minimum amount of time stated in the State Tehsil inquiry report.

Hope this helps you a lot ! Thankyou

I am ST girl candidate. Home State -Telangana. I qualified in JEEMAINS to write JEE ADVANCE. HOW many marks and what should be my rank in jee advance to get admission in IIT DELHI??

Ayush Roy 13th Sep, 2021

Hello Aspirant. First of all, congratulations for clearing JEE Mains successfully and getting qualified for writing JEE Advanced. It seems you are interested to take admission at IIT Delhi and I wish you all the best for that.

Since you are a ST candidate, your Category Rank of JEE Advanced will be taken into consideration for admission through JoSAA Counselling. If you refer to previous years' data, you will find, in 2020, a ST category candidate was required to achieve Category Rank 887 - 664 to get admission to any non-core branch in IIT, Delhi. Furthermore, to get admission in core engineering branches, your rank must be below 400.

On the other hand, in order to get chance to grab a seat for Computer Science and Engineering , your result must be exceptionally good as the competition is high and cutthroat for that stream. In 2020, the Cutoff Rank prescribed for ST-Female candidates for CSE was just 32.

I have provided the list of cutoff rank prescribed for core engineering branches in IIT, Delhi below:

  1. B.Tech Civil Engineering - 2020 Cutoff - 235
  2. B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering - 2020 Cutoff 32
  3. B.Tech Electrical Engineering  - 2020 Cutoff  192
  4. B.Tech Mechanical Engineering - 2020 Cutoff 365
  5. B.Tech Chemical Engineering  -  2020 Cutoff - 407
  6. B.Tech Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology - 2020 Cutoff - 887

If you want to know more about about the cutoff trend of various other streams in IIT, Delhi then consider checking out this page:
