There is only chance that you can get any stream in any college of DU but chances are like you will get only south campuses because the cutoff of North campuses in little bit high campare than south campus especially for science stream.

Yes though, just planning the score with common entrance test is preferreable ,the basic eligibility criteria is 10+2 with atleast 45-55% ,as per new elements the Delhi University doesn't offer bca ,which can be done either through distance or regular mode.
