In JEE MAINS registration I didn't attached my OBC NCL Delhi category certificate ........... so I am seeking to get admission in DTU can I attach my certificate there during document verification...?????

Hello Aspirant,
You have to attach your OBC caste certificate in JEE MAINS exam registration form also otherwise you will be treated as the student of general category only and your counseling and selection will be done on the basis of general category students cut off and you will be exempted from the benefit of low cut off of your category students.
You can try to attach your caste certificate in the college registration form while taking admission which can be considered hopefully.
