Hello Aspirant,

The selection procedure of DU JAT is based on the Qualifying examination (Class XII Board) and DU JAT result. It also depends on the college preference you choose.

Is percentage of class 12 also included in du jat result which was declared on 17 July?

Ram Tiwari1 Student Expert 20th Jul, 2019

According to the University of Delhi, the conducting body, the selection procedure of DU JAT 2019 is segmentalised into two parts, namely Qualifying examination (Class XII Board) and DU JAT result 2019. Hello student with this rank you can't get admission in top college as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on category rank. I request you to wait for the counselling round May be you'll admission in 2nd round.

Hii sir .. My rank in dujat in obcnc category is 1300 can i get admission in BA(hons)economics bussiness or BMS..

Prince Student Expert 19th Jul, 2019

Hey Pushpendra,

I would suggest you to wait for the merit list to be out as at current time. Just Predicting admission through marks or rank is not fair. Tomorrow which is 20 july. DU will release it's merit list. Which will make it clear that is there a chance or not.

Best of luck

Shreya Singh Student Expert 19th Jul, 2019

Dear student, you have scored very less in DU JAT entrance exam 2019, and neither have high percentage in class12 according to the competiton level in Delhi University. So, you won't get a sat in any of colleges affiliated to DU for pursuing any course allotted via this entrance exam.

Does for du jat admissions I have to updated my SC certificate or not

Shreya Singh Student Expert 19th Jul, 2019

Dear student, the reservation criteria changes every year for soke castes. This is why the universities or colleges under state/centre control require your uodated caste certificate. Similarly, Delhi University also requires you to submit SC caste certificate duly updated by the concerned authorities.
