Please don't such type of things,else you will be terminated from the counselling.

Means you have registered for the counselling as OBC and then you wanna change your category to general.

Yes,  the college leaving certificate that will be issued by the college will be sufficient.  Once you will be allotted law Center you will be required to furnish the marksheets and the provisional degree if issued. Otherwise provisional marksheet will also suffice.
