If we see the previous year cutoff trends for DU LLB  , then being an SC candidate  , you are eligible for getting admision in DU , as your marks are much more than the previous year cutoff marks for ST category.  But the cutoffs change every year

There is no information mentioned in the du website regarding the 2nd Councling cut off list but last year 2018 the cut off for du LLB is as following:

ST -  rank 224  and marks 101

SC - rank 164 and marks 161

General - rank99 marks 226
