There is a very high chance that the cut off for admission in DU LLb will go down in the second list. In 2017 the cut off in the first list was a score of 249 and it fell down to 237 marks in the second list.

If it is mentioned in the rule of the college then yes, it is necessary to have attendance of 70%, otherwise they will not let you sit in the exams. Every college is strict in this rule.
