As you have a very good MAT score and percentile so you have a good chance of getting into a top college which recruits through MAT score. Although colleges for calling a student for next round of GD, WSAT and interview also looks for other parameters like 10th, 12th and graduation percentage, work experience, extracurriculars.

There is no fixed cut-off for PUMBA college. It varies year to year.
65% of the seats will be filled based on MAH/MBA-CET Scores, while the remaining 35% will be filled based on All-India Entrance exams of CMAT & CAT.
And on the basis of previous year records, PUMBA's cut off is around 90+ percentile. However, CAT percentile is not the only criteria for getting a call from the college. The overall profile also matters, like your academics, work experience, etc.
