To be eligible for applying for Bachelors degree in engineering you must have a minimum of 45% (for general) and 40% (for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/madhya pradesh resident) marks aggregate for your 10+2/diploma level education from a recognized board of education with physics, mathematics and chemistry/biology/biotechnology /computer science /any other vocational subjects as mandatory subjects.
In addition to this you also have to qualify in JEE Mains and admission process will be based on your rank in the entrance examination.

If the score that you have mentioned is JEE Main percentile then the overall rank with the given percentile will be in between 102095 - 114770. The admission through MP BE counselling is based on All India Rank in JEE Amin. In 2020 MP BE round 2 the cut off for general category (home state) was as follows for admission to Information Technology
Considering the previous year cut off you may not get seat in the preferred institutes in IT. You need to score minimum 96.5 or more percentile. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.

There are a lot of websites and resources available on internet from which you can download the pdf of your 3rd semester english textbook. Also there are many websites on internet which will show only pdf , but they charge from you if you download it.
And also some are fake websites that only show pdf book of english but when you click on it you just move round and round inside it. So you must beware of these.You can check on BCU and Studynama websites for the english book. You have to just login on these kind of websites and get your ebook. Not only these websites , you can also try other websites too.

As you have not given your marks or rank but then also for the colleges options you have given here according to that if considering for college then you should place first SGSITS,DAVV,JABALPUR ENGINEERING COLLEGE,UJJAIN,SAMRAT ASHOK VIDISHA,RGPV bhopal. It is placed in the order of government colleges to private colleges. And about branch then it depends on you which branch you have interest and you have not anything fixed then you can place main core streams and CSE/IT at top of colleges preference like given above.
