I don't think there is any ews category in DAIICT. 

I have checked the website they take admission on basis of All India Rank  in jee mains. They have no such ews quota.

Sorry to say but you can't DAIICT with this rank. 

Last year closing rank for DAIICT was 14K (approx)  for general category.  So it is almost impossible to get DAIICT .

But you can consider other options like private colleges in Noida,chandigarh.

Like JAYPEE NOIDA,  THAPAR,LPU ,CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY, CHITKARA

• Candidate must have passed their 10+2  equivalent exam as conducted by any recognized Central/State Board/Public School in India or in any foreign country recognized as equivalent to 10+2 system by the Association

dhirubhai ambani institute of information and communication technology is really  a prestigious institution. however your rank is too high to get admission in daiict. there are only a few seats available.  so try for some other colleges.
