There is no minimum percentage requirement to appear in JEE main but to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs you need have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with atleast 75% if a candidate belongs to general category and for SC/ST you need to have atleast 65%.

there is two process, one is you need to participate in the counselling process by anna university, secondly you can do for direct admission process by management quota, however according to students review cutoff of diploma courses for 2ndd year btech admission is 96% or more for general category
