If u have already completed diploma in EE and you want to join directly in 2nd of B-tech these process is called lateral entry. So the procedure is you have to appear MHTCET (Maharashtra Common entrance test ) Entrance exam for lateral entry students in these basis only

Dear aspirant

Per semester payment means that you have to pay fees every semester individually you need not to pay the whole fees at once. Semester wise you have to pay 30k. I will suggest you to call them and make sure about other expenses like registration charge and all.

RR Polytechnic, Bangalore, which is a private college.

however you may also go for electrical and electronics engineering which syllabus is quite same with electrical engineering.
