    Yes you can apply for diploma in pharmacy after doing diploma in computer engineering as the you are eligible as per the minimum requirements of Pharmacy council of India. Though these are 2 different streams, it would be beneficial for you.

    Yes, you can get admission to IITs after Diploma, but you will have to start from the first year, like a normal 12 passed out candidate. You will not get your jee mains scorecard but will have to appear for it. It will just be a gateway for JEE
