I checked the official website of thantai periyar polytechnic college. And i am sorry to say this but there isn't any mention of last date in the official website's notification therefore I suggest you to fill the reg form as soon as you can to avoid cancellation

You have a good age so I think switching carrer will not be a good option. Otherwise you could have done b. Tech then go for higher studies i. e. m. Tech. But that will take long time. So I think you should start preparing for Bank and railways jobs.

I don't think so you can pursue both these courses full time, polytechnic itself involves hours of classes with practical work to be done and all stuffs, you'll lead a busy life with all these activities, and it's humanly impossible to focus on both these courses with equal attention.
