I checked the official website of thantai periyar polytechnic college. And i am sorry to say this but there isn't any mention of last date in the official website's notification therefore I suggest you to fill the reg form as soon as you can to avoid cancellation
You have a good age so I think switching carrer will not be a good option. Otherwise you could have done b. Tech then go for higher studies i. e. m. Tech. But that will take long time. So I think you should start preparing for Bank and railways jobs.

If you wish to pursue your career in polytechnic, go ahead with your choice, later you can also enroll for BTech/BE degree.
