There are two types of Polytechnic Colleges in Uttar Pradesh:

• Government Polytechnic Colleges
• Self Financed Polytechnic Colleges

Department of Technical Education maintains and operates the Govt Polytechnics in UP. DTE falls under the Government of UP. DTE Polytechnic Colleges charge less tution fee compared to Private Polytechnic Colleges

Mechanical & Electrical not possible with this rank in BCE or MIT. Chances (50%) are ECE or CIVIL in both institute. IT or CSC definite in both institute.

Not Available. You can not take admission in BDS unless you are NEET qualified. NEET has ben made mandatory from the year 2016 onwards although states were allowed that year to hold their own entrances using an ordinance. Even if you want to study BDS in foreign then too you

The main difference between government polytechnic and private polytechnic is fee structure(comparatively fees of government polytechnic is much less than that of private polytechnic) otherwise course structure and syllabus remains the same. 

See, if you get government college, it's great but you can pursue your polytechnic course in private
