Can I do b.sc after diploma in electronic and communication engineering

PCB subjects are mandatory to pursue courses related to medical but as per your qualification you can get admission in B.Sc (IT), B.Sc (CS) as you are not eligible for the courses for which Biology is mandatory. Good Luck!!!

You can't.
For doing Medical you should have selected Biology in your +2 and 10th. But you are an Diploma student.

I would better suggest you to do other courses related to your diploma and medical field, if you want to be in a medical related field.
